Indications for use:

Extract of valerian root (Valeriana officinalis)	100 mg equivalent to 1000 mg of dry plant
Magnesium oxide	56.25 mg or 15% of the AR*
pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)	0.21 mg or 15% of the AR*
